Step 3 

-

 Firmly pull back on the stop rod  to 

  

release the shutoff switch.

 

Stop Rod

 

 

Shut Off Switch 

  

Step 1 

-

 Hook up to the foam trolley towing 

  

chain with a winch or other means to pull the 

  

trolley into starting position.

 

 
  

Step 2 

-

 Slowly pull the trolley to the edge of 

  

the trailer and stop.

 

 
    

 

Step 5 

-

 

SLOWLY

  pull the foam trolley down the 

trailer ramp; steady the foam trolley with a firm 
guiding hand as it moves down the trailer ramp. 
Once the foam trolley is on level ground, begin 
to pull at a slow, even pace 

(40 Feet Per Mi-

nute)

 until it has reached the desired starting 

point to begin foaming.

 

 
 

 

Step 6 

-

  Disconnect the foam trolley towing 

chain  and return to holder. 

 

   

 
    
  

Step 4 

-

 Temporarily start the retraction         

  

engine .  Slowly pull back  on the shutoff bar to 

  

test the auto shutoff feature.  This should     

  

activate the shutoff switch and stop the                 

  

retraction engine.
