1.3. Selecting a Bluetooth Device
The KIA Bluetooth radio can pair up to 6 Bluetooth devices. A previously paired mobile
phone or music player can be selected for connection using the method described below.

Note:
a.
The name of the Bluetooth device is sent by the device and stored in the KIA
Bluetooth radio memory. In most Bluetooth devices, the name can be changed by
the user. Refer to the user manual of your Bluetooth device for details.
b.
If only 4 Bluetooth devices have been paired, as in the example shown in table 1.1
above, then
NO PHONE
is displayed when the empty preset button (5 and 6
according to the above example) is pressed.
c.
If the selected previously paired Bluetooth device is switched off or if the Bluetooth
feature is switched off, then the KIA Bluetooth radio will display
FAIL
when
connection is attempted.
