Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after

Overhead Installation
Note:
If task lights are to be
installed, install them to the overhead
before installing overhead to
stanchions.
1. The hardware pack contains four
#8-32 x

” Phillips locking pan
head screws. Only two of these will
be used in the overhead installation.
The other two mounting screws
must be removed from the overhead
prior to setting the overhead on the
stanchions (Figure 23).
2. Set the overhead onto the stanchions
so the back of the overhead is fairly
flush with the back of the stanchion
plates. Align the attachment holes
on the overhead with the two angle
bracket holes (Figure 23).
3. Attach the overhead to the angle
bracket at the top of each stanchion
using four #8-32 x
1
/

” Phillips
locking pan head screws (two from
the hardware pack and two removed

4. If a Universal Overhead is to be
installed, using a #10 x 1” Phillips
self-tapping screw and flat washer,
secure the overhead to each
stanchion bracket. If a Balance
Overhead is to be installed, using
