may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after

Tools Required
• Phillips Screwdriver
Hardware Included for T-Base
• (8) #14 x 1” Wood Screws
Hardware Included for X-Base
• (4) #14 x 1” Wood Screws
1. Position base assembly on underside
of table top (Figure 1).
2. Secure with Phillips head screws
in the following “X” pattern, not to
exceed 60 in/lbs of torque
(Figure 2).
