Test Procedures
• Terminate all connectors as indicated.
• Connect the Keysight N7015A Fixture to the DUT.
• Connect the fixed 5V power supply or N67XX Modular Power System
Mainframe to the Keysight N7018A Type-C Test Controller power input.
• Connect the Keysight N7018A Type-C controller to the ValiFrame PC or
a PC, where a Remote Instruments Server is running. Don’t connect the
N7018A to the scope!
• Use blocking capacitors Keysight 11742A for best performance.
NOTE
The Type-C controller N7018A is controlled by the ValiFrame PC or a PC,
where the Remote Instruments server is running. It is recommended not
to connect it to the scope of USB port, otherwise the scope app will try to
get control over the N7018A.
