Using the N4917CPCA Software
PJ2/BUJ or RJ/BUJ selection
Select between PJ2/RJ or BUJ from the
Setting
menu in the GUI. The

Additionally, you can select the BUJ Polynomial and Filter from this dialog.

BUJ amplitude and BUJ data rate can be edited in the main window.
NOTE
You cannot edit the Data Pattern here. This is fixed by the software.
40/100GBASE standards use PRBS9 for stressed eye calibration;
10GBASE uses PRBS11. In all the cases, the pattern is changed to
PRBS31 for DUT Jitter Conformance/Performance testing. The
N4917CPCA Test Solution software automatically toggles between these
patterns, when required.
