Installing Front Handles/Rack Mounting Flanges

The E4982A can be installed on a workbench or in a rack. 
This section describes how to install the front handles 
(Option 1CN) used for moving or transporting the 
instrument, and how to install the meter in an equipment 
rack as part of a measurement system (Option 1CM: without 
the handles, Option 1CP: with the handles).
