7.6.2  Switching on and off 

The weighing balance will remain switched on as long as it is connected to the power 

supply. Operate the ON/OFF-key to turn on/off the display.  

 

 

 

To turn on the display, press the 

ON/OFF

-key.  

Wait for the basic display to appear. 

 

To 

switch off

, press the 

ON/OFF

 button again. During this process 

the weighing balance will be moving into ready mode. 
The weighing balance will be ready for operation immediately after 

activation without requiring any time to warm up. 

7.6.3  Selecting user language 

The display is configured to German upon delivery. For setting additional languages 

see chap.11. 

7.6.4  Log on and off (activated user profile only) 

The  weighing  balance  is  delivered  without  user  profile  and  you  can  configure  your 

own settings. If the settings are to be protected against unauthorised access, create 

a password protected user profile.  

The user database (

<operator / user> 

database allows you to create up to ten user 

profiles with specific settings and user rights, see chap.15.1.  

 

 

 

The weighing balance is also designed for use without user management. 

An enabled user profile will be indicated by the   icon on the display.
