2) main switch
3) safety shutdown
4) fixed cover half
5) openable cover half
6) mounting screws
3.3.2 Installation
• Ensure the device is positioned securely. Rotations can
lead to the device moving. Secure the device accordingly.
• Protect surrounding parts such as cables, buckets or similar
from direct contact with hot surfaces and radiant heat.
• Do not cover the motor!
• The device may only be connected to mains sockets
which are isolated separately via a circuit breaker (FI).
• Ensure that the voltage specified on the type plate
matches the voltage of your power source.
• Only use the device in closed spaces.
3.3.3 Electrical connection
The voltage and frequency must be 230 V / 50 Hz. The machine
must be connected via 2 separately fused 16 A AC sockets, as
using only one can lead to overloading. Please contact your
electrician if you have any questions or wish to change any electrical connections in your building.
Local safety and earthing requirements must be observed. Ask your electrician!
The machine is earthed via the plug. Please therefore check the proper functioning of your socket and residual current circuit-breaker
before commissioning.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility and offers no guarantee for any damage caused by connections not set up by trained professionals.
The machine must be separately protected with two 16 A fuses! If the machine is fuse-protected with one or more large
consumers, functional faults and damage can occur to the electronics!
3.4 Commissioning
3.4.1 Before using for the first time
Caution!
Danger of physical injury and material damage!
• Inspect the device for visible defects.
• Check to ensure that the stirrer blade can turn freely and easily.
• Thoroughly clean the stirrer blade, stirrer rod and cover. To do this, note the safety instruction in Sections Safety Instructions and Cleaning.
• Before first use fill the tank, with stirrer installed, with water several times and heat it.
