Operating Instructions : Cover with stirrer # 141461
This document has been drafted in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Appendix I, Point 1.7.4.

1. Description of the machine
The machinery is designed to evenly stir milk powder into water. Furthermore, high viscosity fluid can be kept in motion in the MilkPot50 (item
no. 141450) during the heating process, in order to ensure the temperature rises uniformly. The stirrer is not designed for continual operation.
The cover with stirrer is exclusively intended for use in conjunction with a MilkPot50 (item no. 141450).
In the event of incorrect use or modifications to the device, the manufacturer‘s warranty and liabilities shall be deemed invalid. The machinery
complies with the currently applicable safety regulations for persons and material property in accordance with Directive 2006/42/EC dated May
2006. The declaration of conformity can be found at the end of these operating instructions.
2. Safety instructions
2.1 General
These operating instructions comprise instructions for use and safety information. Please read the instructions carefully and note the regulations
and relevant information before putting the device into operation. Please keep these operating instructions in a safe place for later use! Please
see also the separate operating instructions for the MilkPot50 (item no. 141450) milk warmer. These remain fully valid.

• Ensure that the device is only used by people who have the professional skills required to do so.
• Keep children and frail individuals away from the device.
• Note the safety and maintenance instructions.
Anyone tasked on behalf of the user with commissioning, operation, maintenance or repair must have read and understood the operating
instructions and in particular the chapter on safety. The company using the device is recommended to draw up in-house instructions taking
account of the respective operator‘s known technical qualifications and to have the compliance with the instructions and operating instructions
or participation in a training session confirmed in writing. The machine must only be operated, maintained and repaired by trained and
authorised personnel. The responsibilities for the various activities that arise during the course of the operation and repair / maintenance
of the machine must be clearly defined and complied with, so that no unclear competencies arise from the aspect of safety. With all work
relating to commissioning, maintenance, inspection or repair, the regulations or advice listed in the operating instructions must be observed.
