Select the disc.
CD all-track recording (O.T.E.) (Deck B only)
During CD playback, any desired track can be selected and recorded w ith “Single-track recording”.
Pressing the O.T.E. key w hile the CD player is in stop mode performs “All-track recording” of a CD at the same time as playing it.
This facility is called the O.T.E. (One Touch Edit) function.
Please note that the O.T.E. recording is not possible w ith an LD player.

When a “ M ulti-disc CD player” is in use, select the desired disc.
Preparation
Play the CD track to be recorded.

To stop recording in the middle
Stop playing the CD.
Press the O.T.E. key.

After the track has been recorded, the cassette deck stops after leaving
a non-recorded blank of 4 seconds. The CD player enters pause mode.

key) stops the cassette deck and the
CD player.

The cassette deck performs the ARM operation for about 8 seconds,
then starts recording. The CD player starts playback at the same time.

At the end of tape side A, the music is not recorded on the guide (leader)
tape section. If you w ant to prevent a track from being interrupted in the
middle, record the interrupted track at the beginning of tape side B
according to the instructions in
“How to record”
.
