There are 32 volume levels: 00 (Hex) ~ 1F (Hex)
(1F (Hex) = 31 (Dec)).
The transceiver decreases the volume level when
selecting FE (Hex) and increases it when
selecting FF (Hex).
You can use the FE (Hex)/ FF (Hex) function to
change the volume level.

Radio to PC

PC to Radio
The transceiver moves to the selected Group –
Channel when it receives the Channel command.

command when a key is pressed or released.

13.2.3 Hook
(Input)
You may assign this input terminal to one of Port 1 ~
Port 8.
This terminal works as the Microphone’s Hook.
The transceiver enters On Hook status when this
terminal is grounded (GND) and it enters the OFF
Hook status when the terminal is not connected.
The transceiver executes the same operation as
when it is in On Hook status when the Microphone
Hook and the Function Port Hook are connected to
GND.
13.2.4 PTT
(Input)
You may assign this input terminal to one of Port 1 ~
Port 8.
The transceiver transmits when this terminal is
grounded (GND).
You can use this terminal in the KDS-100 and the
KGP-2A/2B.
The receiving party’s transceiver mutes the data
sound when the Data TX with QT/DQT is disabled.
