Clear from ROM correction data transfer processing
This function is used, in case of front-end (A1) failure, to transfer E2PROM data (ROM correction, security and other data) inside of the front-
end (A1) to E2PROM of the data saving mother unit (X34-), and this function is also used, after the replacement of the front-end (A1), to transfer
the data that have been saved in the E2PROM of the data saving mother unit (X34-) to the new front-end (A1).
