Weak stimulation

Insufﬁcient skin contact with the electrode pads

Ensure direct skin contact and adapt the intensity and the
massage mode

Soiled electrode pads

Clean the electrode pads as indicated in the instructions for use.

Switch on the warmth button

No sensation of warmth

Warmth button switched off when the system is started.

No stimulation by the electrode pads.

The cable of the electrode pads is not correctly
connected to the device.

Connect the cable correctly.

The button is set to 0 when the system is started.

Set the button to 1 or above.

DISPOSAL:

Do not dispose of the device into ordinary household waste. Leave the device at a collection point for discarded electric devices instead.
