Unpacking and installing wheels

Open the package and remove all edge protection profiles.

Remove the wheel set found on the back side.
●
Lift the packaging upward.
●
The MaxiFil Clean device is stabilized thanks to two angles at the bottom of the
box on the pallet. Cut the corners of the box with a knife to be able to fold the
sides. Loosen the screws and remove the angles.
●
A grip is found on the front side of the device. Have two workers pull on the grip
and tip the device forward so that the back side of the device is lifted from the
floor.

While you hold the device in this position, the third worker can firmly screw on the
large back wheels with their pre-assembled axes from the side into the threaded
inserts.

Set the device back down slowly and lift it by the grip so that the front side of the
device is lifted about 150-200 mm from the floor. The third worker can now fasten
the control wheels using U-spacers and screws into the existing threaded sleeves
in the bottom front sides of both side profiles.
●
Now carefully remove the MaxiFil device from the palette moving it to the back.
Exhaust arm installation
5.2
The exhaust arm consists of three main parts - swivel ring, supporting structure and
exhaust nozzle. These parts are individually packaged in cardboard boxes.
The cardboard box with the supporting structure includes instructions for the
installation and adjustment of the exhaust arm. Follow the installation instructions of
the exhaust arm on the mobile device.
