Component designation (if applicable)
•
Keithley part number
Factory service
If you need to return your S46/S46T/S46L to Keithley Instruments for repair, perform the following:
•
Call the Repair Department at 1-800-552-1115 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number.
•
Carefully pack the instrument in the original packing carton.
•
Write ATTENTION REPAIR DEPARTMENT and the RMA number on the shipping label.
