The warranty for all parts of Soyabella is valid
during 2 years using it for household, 6 months
by commercial use from the purchase date.
The warranty includes material, construc-
tion and production defects for all parts.
If defect by your Soyabella is found in spite
of the proper use within the guarantee
period, at choice of manufacturer/ importer
either the device will be repaired or defec-
tive parts will be replaced free of charge or a
new device will be delivered for replacement.
For this purpose the complete device inclu-
sive all the auxiliary parts must be cleaned
thoroughly and sent well packed to the Soy-
abella service center. Please notice: if the
single parts or the device are not cleaned,
the service center will calculate the cleaning
costs not depending on the warranty claim.
Store the original package that suits best
of all for the case of return consignment.
Before you send back a device please call
always the service center. It is often enough
to call per phone to solve the problem and
it will spare packing up and dispatch. At any
rate the Soyabella service center will do its
best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
If however the device return consignment is
required, please speak in advance with your
Soyabella service center about the dispatch.
You can minimize your forwarding expenses
with the help of it.
The warranty claim
does not include:
a) Causes, which cannot be derived from the
device processing and manufacturing as
e.g. careless damage, accident, or others.
b) Usage and operation differing from the
operation manual, inaccurate treatment,
technical alteration, mischance.
c) Damage caused by external spare parts or
repairs made by unauthorized service.
To process the warranty claim,
following information is required:
1. Your name, address, telephone number
2. Serial no. and model no.
3. Problem
4. Purchase date
5. Dealer
6. Being damaged through the transport:
parcel service name and the parcel
number.
Important: if you are going to dispatch your
Soyabella, pack all the parts into the original
package and assume, that you have packed up
all the components. Don’t forget to write down
your address on the packaging outer side. You
can fi nd the address of your Soyabella service
center on page 2.
Tip
Store the original package for the case of
eventual required return consignment.
