Warranty Exclusions 

1. The warranty exclusions extend to the following items:

a)

Backrest  cushion

seat  cushion

the  foamed  cotton  of  the  armrest  and  the  backrest

and other decorations are damaged due to normal wear and tear. 

b)

 

Modifications made to the wheelchair without consent.

c)

Components are damaged due to overload.

2. If the serial number on the wheelchair is not original or is modified, warranty will be voided.

 

 

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty instruction supersedes any other warranties (such as writing, 

oral,  expressive  or  implicit  warranties,  including  warranties  of  any  merchantability  or  applicability  of 

special purpose), for any conflicts between the same, this warranty instruction shall prevail.
