Description Modbus interface for Modbus RTU or ASCII

The multimess F96-...-5  is optionally available with a Modbus RTU or ASCII in-
terface. In order to use these, the device has to be converted from the KBR eBus 
to the Modbus RTU or ASCII bus protocol.

To do so, proceed as follows:
