VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
PLACEMENT
Raise you motorcycle on its center stand always when
carrying out the related maintenance.
It is helpful to remove or install various parts.
REMOVING OR INSTALLING THE DISC BRAKE COVER
Removing steps are as follows:
1.
Turn the front head to the vertical position.
2.
Use a 5mm hexagon wrench to remove the
mounting screws.
Installing steps:
The installment should be carried out in the reverse
order of removal.
REMOVING OR INSTALLING THE FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER GUARD PLATE
Removing Steps are as follows:
1.
Remove the mounting screw from the front shock
absorber protection plate.
1.
Remove the oil pipe clip.
2.
Remove the guard plate.
Installing steps:
The installment should be carried out in the reverse
order of removal.
NOTE
: when removing the front shock absorber guard
plate of KT250, the front wheel should be removed
first, otherwise the screws on the inside near the tire
