7 Troubleshooting
Note
If the DIAGNOcam is being unplugged while the software is still running, er-
ror messages may be displayed at the next start-up. Always close the soft-
ware before unplugging the DIAGNOcam.

If error messages are displayed at start-up, close all programs, and shut-
down and reboot the PC/laptop.
▶
Turn off the DIAGNOcam without delay if any malfunctions occur!
▶
Immediately notify your KaVo contact!
Note
Occasionally, after installation of the DIAGNOcam software, there may be
some interference with an already installed intraoral camera.
