SERVICE & REPAIRS
Before calling for repairs or service, please consult the Troubleshooting Guide on page 32. If the problem persists, contact Katana for
assistance. For fastest service, please have the following information ready:

•
Model Number (see the specification field on the front cover of this Owner’s Manual or review the sticker affixed to the back base
of your chair)
•
Serial Number (see the sticker affixed to the back base of your chair)
•
Copy of original receipt and purchase date
•
Malfunction or issue with as much detail as possible
Note: We typically maintain an inventory of service parts (except fabric) for 5 years after terminating production of the model.
The service parts are those necessary to maintain function of the chair.
