CHARGING THE VEHICLE
result in sounds from the vehicle while it is
turned off.
The charging system may also run the
HVAC, pumps, and fans to manage the
thermal conditions of the high voltage
battery during a DC Fast charge session.
Note:
In cold weather conditions, ice may
form around the charge port door. The
charge port door may not open on the first
attempt. Remove ice from the area and
attempt to open the charge port door.
Note:
Keep the vehicle plugged in, even
when fully charged, in order to keep the
battery temperature prepared for the next
drive. This is important when outside
temperatures are extremely cold.
