The float signals that the drip pan is full. A red marking
ring becomes visible when the maximum filling level has
been reached.
 Set the appliance switch to "0".
 Remove the drip pan.
 Empty the drip pan.
 Check drip pan for soiling and clean as necessary.
 Insert drip pan.
 Set the appliance switch to "I".
The device is ready for operation again.

WARNING
– This appliance contains a UV-C emitter.
– Unintended use of the appliance or damaging the
housing may result in the escape of dangerous UV-
C radiation. UV-C radiation may, even in little dos-
es, cause to harm the eyes and skin.
– Appliances that are obviously damaged must not
be operated.
– Read the maintenance instructions before opening
the appliance.
– Disconnect the appliance from power supply be-
fore opening and replacing the UV-C emitter.

Do not operate the UV-C emitter when it is removed
from the appliance enclosure.
The lamp of the UV filter must be replaced every six
months.
Note
Opening the lateral appliance cover actuates the safety
button and the lamp of the UV filter is switched off for
safety purposes.
 Set the appliance switch to "0".
 Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
 Open the lock.
 Remove the lateral appliance cover.

 Pull the UV filter from the support.

몇 CAUTION
Risk of burns from hot lamp! Allow the lamp to cool
down prior before removing it.
Note
Do not unscrew the lock nut with seal (water leak).
 Remove the cover cap, avoiding rotational move-
ment.
 Pull the lamp approx. 10 cm out of the cylinder.
 Remove upper plug.
 Pull the lamp out of the cylinder.
 Remove lower plug.

Remove lamp and dispose of in accordance with
local regulations.
ATTENTION
Lamps are sensitive to grease. To not touch lamps with
bare fingers. Prior to installation, clean soiled lamps by
means of a dry, grease-free cloth.
 Remove new lamp from the packaging.

Attach lower plug to the new lamp.
 Insert the lamp into the UV filter.
Note
Carefully slide the two cables of the lower plug into the
UV filter simultaneously with the lamp.
 Attach upper plug to the lamp.
 Fit cover.

Plug the UV filter into the holder.
 Reinsert and lock the lateral appliance cover.
 Insert the mains plug into the socket.
 Set the appliance switch to "I".
