Press emergency-stop button.
The washing station will stop immediately.
After the problem is solved, start the
system back up as per the operating in-
structions.
With the ABS support leg (option), the
wash card reader can be stored in the
washing hall while the washing station is
closed. In order to start the system, the
wash card reader must be installed at its
destination.
Tilt the support leg onto the rollers and
push it to the installation location.

Place the bore in the support leg onto
the peg of the tipping protection.
Insert the disc.
Insert the spring cotter pin or the lock
(not supplied) through the peg to pre-
vent the support leg from tipping over.
Watch for safe routing of the connecting
cable.
When the system is ready, the Start/Stop
key will be illuminated. The wash card
reader is ready to accept a wash card.
Note:

Every wash card reader is equipped
with a station code. Only wash cards
with the station code of the wash card
reader will be accepted.
–
Wash cards must be handled with care
to protect them from damage. Contam-
inated or scratched wash cards can no
longer be read.
–
Contaminated wash cards can damage
the reader.
–
This wash card reader only accepts dis-
posable wash cards.
Insert the wash card into the wash card
acceptor.
If the wash card reader is ready, the wash
card is pulled in.
If the wash card reader is not ready, the
wash card is pushed back out.

The programme that is encoded on the
disposable wash card is read and trans-
mitted to the washing station.
–
If the wash programme was started, the
wash card is pulled in and collected in
the drawer.
–
The "Start/Stop" key will no longer be il-
luminated.
–
As soon as the washing system is ready
for the next vehicle, the Start/Stop key
will re-illuminate.
Unlock the lock.
Pull the drawer out to the side.
The wash cards can be resold by the oper-
ator immediately after he removes them
from the drawer.
Press the "Start/Stop" key.
The washing programme is interrupted.
Omitted preparation measures can be
caught up on later.
Press the "Start/Stop" key.
The interrupted washing programme is
continued.
Please observe the notes in the operating
instructions of the washing station.

The bases of a safe operating of the equip-
ment is thr regularly maintenance accord-
ing to the following maintenance plan.
Use only original parts of the manufacturer
or part suggested by him, such as
–
replacement and wear parts
–
Accessory parts
Remove the wash cards from the draw-
er.
Operate the emergency stop switch
while the washing station is running and
check whether the system comes to a
halt.
Check the cables for damages, call cus-
tomer service if necessary.
