Install Fuel Tank Platform
Install Fuel Tank platform located directly above
landing gear.
Fin and Stabilizer Cables
To provide stability to the tail section and
prevent any possibly of tail flutter, wires are
added to connect the fin / stabilizer and fuselage.
Locate the 10 – 3 mm X 18.5 mm bolts / washers
and nuts. Also locate 16 connection points
required. (note:- make sure that you identify and
do NOT use 4 connectors that have larger bolt
holes. They will be required later).
For the moment, do not tighten the connections.
You will do this AFTER you have installed the
wires. Bend the connectors so that they are
pointing directly at the mating connector.
Once all cables are installed, tighten the
attachment bolts. Apply a drop of medium CA
on all cable ends and nuts to prevent them from
coming loose.
Wing Struts
Assemble the wing / wire attachments to the
outer struts. DO NOT tighten the nut / bolts until
final set up.
