How to release the punching bag manually
Sometimes it is necessary to release the punching bag when the
machine has no power. This can still be done manually. You must
reach over the bag and find the mechanical hammer holding the
entire arm in position.
FOR STRONG: Then using screwdriver press the hammer which is
under compression by a spring behind it and the bag should be free to
come down.
FOR DOG: Then using your thumb press the hammer which is under
compression by a spring behind it and the bag should be free to come
down.
