The guarantee does not apply:
1.
If faults do not or only partially comply with the points above
2.
If the appliance has been modified in any way, without the
knowledge of Kal-fire.
3.
If the appliance changes ownership.
4.
If the installation and/or operating instructions given by the
manufacturer have not been not followed.
5.
If the appliance has not been connected using the Kal-fire
concentric flue gas material.
6.
If more, less or other than the prescribed ceramic logs are placed
on the burner bed.
7.
To damage caused by outside influences (shocks, lightening,
falling, flooding, overheating of the appliance) during transport,
storage or assembly.
8.
In the event of improper actions, incorrect use and/or neglect to
the appliance.
9.
If the repair or supply of separate parts is carried out by a
different manufacturer or by a trader who is not authorised by
Kal-fire.
10.
In the event that the original and dated proof of purchase cannot
be presented, or when the particulars on the proof of purchase
have been tampered with (date deleted, made illegible, changed
etc.).
