Troubleshooting
There are five types of malfunctions that may arise:
1.
‘Permanent’ malfunction (indicated by ‘
F
’): this type of malfunction is not resolved
automatically; the fire will remain inactivated for 24 hours.
2.
Malfunctions that trigger automatic self-recovery (indicated by ‘
ALARM
’ or ‘
A
’): this
type of malfunction is automatically resolved, provided that the cause of the failure
has been identified.
3.
Communication malfunction (indicated by ‘
E
’): this type of malfunction is linked to
communication problems between any of the printed circuit boards and the remote
control. They are resolved automatically by re-establishing the remote control’s link
with the fire’s technical unit. Press
once.
4.
Signal malfunction (indicated by ‘
NOLK 0 of 1
’
or a flashing RF icon
): this type of
malfunction arises when the remote control cannot communicate with the fire. It is
not resolved automatically.
5.
Fire shutdown: the burner control must be cut off every 16 hours (in compliance
with the verification requirements in force). During this shutdown, all of the burner
