REC INHIBIT An unrecordable videocassette (the switch on the back of the cassette is
set to SAVE) is inserted.

Time/Date Display
When setting DISPLAY item of the TIME DATE menu screen to ON, the time
and date will appear as shown in the diagram on the left. The time and date
are recorded on tape during recording as well.
