For projector’s menus, the setting menu and the main menu are
available.
Here, we explain about the operation of the main menu.
For the setting menu, refer to “Making Basic Settings” on page 32.

Press the MENU/ENTER button.
• The main menu is displayed on the screen.

Select an item with the cursor button

• The selected item (displayed text) is shown in magenta color
on the screen.

* To finish the main menu, press the PAGE BACK button.

When you have selected an item on the submenu,
• Press the MENU/ENTER button to display the submenu, then
set (adjust) the item with the cursor buttons

finish the main menu from the submenu, press PAGE BACK

About main menu display:
Line display:
The selected input-mode designation is
displayed. For input-mode designation, “Y/
C”, “VIDEO”, “YPBPR”, “COMP 1” and
“COMP 2” are available.
Source display: The type of the signal being input is
displayed. The signal name to display can
be selected from a submenu, “Source
Setup”, AUTO mode, dedicated mode
(forced mode) or USER mode can be
selected.
Channel display
:
The channel selected by the user is dis-
played. Channels have lines, sources and
switcher numbers registered. By specifying
a registered source, the user can switch to
the source and line which he has set up.
If you are using a switcher, you can also
specify switcher numbers. For details, see
pages 49 to 53.

Note
• Signal names shown in the source display are uniquely given
to specific horizontal and vertical frequencies and do not
necessarily represent the indication or type of input signals.
For example, when AUTO is selected, the horizontal and
vertical frequency signals of the signal being input are
detected, and the matching name is shown.
As mentioned above, remember that the source display does
not necessarily correspond to the indication or type of input
signals.
