5 Troubleshooting
This chapter allows the user to locate and eliminate simple malfunctions by himself.
When trying to locate a fault, proceed in the order shown in the table.
A
If the fault cannot be eliminated by performing the “Remedial action”, please contact
the manufacturer’s service department because any other faults can only be repaired
by specially trained and qualified personnel.
Fault Possible cause Remedial action
Truck
cannot be
operated. – Key switch set
to “0”
– Battery charge too low.
– Fuse defective.
– Set the key switch to position “I”.
– Check battery charge,
if required, recharge the battery.
– Check fuses F1, F2.
Load
cannot be
lifted. – Truck not
operable.
– Hydraulic oil level too low.
– Battery charge too low.
– Fuse defective.
– Perform all remedial action
listed under “Truck cannot be
operated”.
– Check the hydraulic oil level.
– Charge the battery.
– Check fuse 2F1.
