4. OPERATION
4.1 C8007control SOFTWARE WINDOW
After launching the application
for the first time you will see this window :
The application will try to communicate with the non existing server “DUMMY” >> press “OK”.
4.2 TCP/IP SET UP
Now you must go to the menu
> Options > Setup TCP/IP :
Here you can enter up to 32 different
server IP addresses.
You should overwrite the DUMMY
entry with a valid IP address from
your system
A Server can either be the C8k
system controller
C8702 or the built in
Ethernet controller of a d07 .
Please refer to the respective manual
for integrating such a device into your
LAN.
The Scan Min/Max values are
relevant for C8k systems with
extended CAN-bus or distributed
module addresses where you need to
scan a lot of available addresses of
such a configuration.
For a
d07 Scan MAX
can be set to “0”

<SAVE-EXIT> to close this menu or <ESCAPE> to leave it untouched.
