1.Inspection of lubricating oil
1.1.Engine oil
1.1.1.Check: Pull out the oil pan scale of the engine, wipe the oil on the scale, insert it again and
then pull it out. Visually check whether there are inorganic oil marks or oil marks between the upper
limit and the lower limit of the oil scale. When it is lower than the lower limit, add the oil to the
specified amount. If the oil is found to be blackened, thinned and deteriorated, it should be replaced
in time.
1.1.2.Replacement: Remove the drain hole bolt at the bottom of the engine oil pan, drain the oil
thoroughly, and then inject new oil.
1.2.Lubricating oil for gearbox, front and rear axle gearbox and transmission Outrigger
1.2.1.Check: remove the oil level observation bolt and observe whether there is gear oil flowing out.
If not, add the gear oil. The gear tank shall not run without oil, and the consequences shall be borne
by itself.
1.2.2.Replacement: Remove the oil drain bolt at the bottom of the box, drain the deteriorate
gear oil, and then add new gear oil.
2.Filter check
2.1.Air cleaner element:
The engine air filter must be replaced every 100 hours. If it is not replaced in time, the engine
power may be reduced and the risk of engine damage may be more potential.
2.2.Fuel filter:
Check the fuel filter regularly, clean it after working for 100 hours, and replace it if it is
damaged.
2.3.Hydraulic oil filter:
Check the hydraulic oil filter regularly, clean it after working for 100 hours, and replace it if
it is damaged; if you need to add hydraulic oil, please fill in national standard 46# anti-wear
hydraulic oil.
3.Filter screen of chemical tank,pump inlet pipe and nozzle:
The filter screen and sprinkler filter net of the chemical tank, the spray pump, the inlet pipe
and the nozzle should be cleaned frequently, and the brush should be used for cleaning when
