Part 9 Storage,transportation and installation
1.Storage:
1.1.Temporary storage - close all valves and fold boom to transport position.
1.2.Long term storage - when the machines and tools are stored for a long time, they should be
maintained as follows.
1.2.1.Turn off the power switch;
1.2.2.Inject lubricating oil into each part;
1.2.3.Repair all pipelines and replace vulnerable parts;
1.2.4.Clean all parts of hydraulic system;
1.2.5.Clean each nozzle and filter element;
1.2.6.After derusting, all relevant parts shall be coated with antirust oil and covered with tarpaulin;
1.2.7.Emptying the liquid in the medicine box and the piping of the spray system.
1.2.8.In winter, add proper antifreeze to spray pump and medicine box to prevent frost crack.
1.2.9.Machines and tools shall be placed in ventilated and dry hangar to avoid corrosion and keep
away from fire sources.
2.Transportation and installation:
2.1.The first start-up of the machine is carried out by the professional training and qualified dealer
personnel; the user can operate the machine independently only after strict operation training.
2.2.Before transportation, the boom of the machine shall be folded and bound firmly, and the whole
vehicle shall be driven into the transport vehicle and bound firmly on the transport vehicle with
ropes without looseness.
2.3.If it is necessary to rescue the trailer in the process of use, it should be towed on the special
trailer hook of the frame.
2.4.Installation: the machine has been completely installed and debugged before delivery, and all
parts of the machine are in good working condition before delivery. The user does not need to
