2.9.1.1.Park the machine on a stable ground (such as flat cement ground), tighten the parking
brake, support the longitudinal beam of the frame with a reliable support (can be used with
hydraulic jack), so that the left and right front wheels are about 5cm above the ground. Pay
attention to the support operation during the process, it is not allowed to touch other relevant
parts such as axle "tooth package" and steering rod; block the tire at both ends along the rotation
direction of the two rear wheels with wooden square or brick to prevent the wheel from moving
(block the front wheel in the same way when adjusting the rear wheel). After confirming that
the support is stable, the wheel track adjustment operation can be carried out, and the minimum
track width is the factory.
2.9.1.2.Loosen the nut on the positioning bolt 2 and pull the positioning bolt 2 out of the hole
(tighten clockwise and loosen anticlockwise).
2.9.1.3.Disconnect the split pin on the positioning pin 9 and pull the locating pin 9 out of the
fixed tie rod 8; there are two locating pins on each side, and take out the other positioning pin
with the same method.
2.9.1.4.Loosen the nut on the U-bolt 6 with a wrench. After all the nuts on the U-bolt are
loosened, take down the U-bolt 6 and press plate 5 and put them aside.
2.9.1.5.Pull the transmission box 1 or tire outwards (this step is best operated by two people,
because this part of the parts are heavy), pull the movable beam 3 out of the fixed beam 4. Note
that there are positioning holes on the movable beam 3 and the fixed beam 4, and the distance
between the positioning holes is 50 mm, which can be adjusted according to the actual needs,
and align the holes corresponding to the movable beam and the fixed beam. Insert the
positioning bolt 2 into the corresponding hole of the movable beam and the fixed beam, and
tighten the nut.
2.9.1.6.During the adjustment process, the movable pull rod 10 will also pull out from the fixed
pull rod 8, and the corresponding positioning holes in the two pull rods need to be aligned. If
there is a small amount of deviation, the adjusting nut 11 can be turned for adjustment. Note that
the two adjusting nuts have left and right teeth, which need to be adjusted. (the nut of the right
tooth is tightened clockwise and loosened anticlockwise; the nut of the left tooth is tightened
anticlockwise and the needle is loose in time). Then, insert the positioning pin 9 into the
