Parameter level

Here you can make the same settings as at the operator level. Since the user
has administrator rights in this case, parameters can also be altered that
would be locked at the operator level.

For the list of adjustable parameters, see Chapter 6.8 “Operator level”, page 
36ff.

Here it is possible to enable (can be edited) or lock (cannot be edited) all the
parameters.
