4 Calibrating a pH combination electrode
Rinsing
✱
Rinse the combination electrode with de-ionized (distilled) water and dry
off.
If 2-point calibration was selected, this has now been successfully concluded,
and the state of the combination electrode will be displayed, see Chapter 4.5
“Display of the electrode state”, page 20.

Immerse the combination electrode in the third buffer solution.
Buffers from the standard or DIN series will automatically be detected.
When the display has stopped blinking and the “OK” arrow appears at
bottom left, the measurement is stable.

Press the
key to accept the measurement.
The hand-held meter will request that you enter a temperature.

Enter the present temperature of buffer 3 with the

key to accept the measurement.
