Problem
Remedy
Branches are not shredded
Adjust the holder’s distance to the cylinder by turn-
ing the adjusting knob a half turn clockwise
The motor does not start
Ensure the power cable, connectors and interlocks
are in good condition
The cylinder is running in reverse direction
of rotation
Change the cylinder’s direction of rotation
The feed hopper is blocked
Remove the blocking object from the feeding open-
ing Use the pusher to dislodge the material
