MAINTENANCE
Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord. Allow the machine to cool before cleaning.

Clean the inside with a cloth moistened with a mild solution of washing-up liquid and water. Wipe
the inside with a clean, damp cloth to remove the washing-up liquid.

Cleaning the bread pan: Clean the outside and inside of the pan with a damp cloth.
Cleaning the dough paddle: If the dough paddle is difficult to remove, pour a little water into the
bread pan and allow to stand.
3.
Lid and window: Clean the lid and window with a damp cloth.
NOTE!
Do not use abrasive or strong detergents. They will damage the non-stick coating.
