READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND SAVE THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Please read these instructions carefully before use. Failure to follow all the instructions can result in
electric shock, fire, exposure to radiation and/or serious personal injury.
Do not make any modifications to the tool. This can result in harmful exposure to laser radiation.
WARNING!
LASER RADIATION. Do not look into the beam. Laser product class 2. The laser beam
should only be switched on when the tool is being used.
WARNING!
The use of controllers, settings or procedures that are not described in this manual may
result in exposure to harmful radiation.
WARNING!
There is increased risk of eye injury if you look at the laser beam through an optical
instrument, such as a telescope or other instrument.
The distance meter has a built-in laser. The laser is class 2 and has a maximum output of 1 mW
and a wavelength of 635 nm. Such lasers usually involve no risk of eye injury. However, do not
look into the beam, it can dazzle.
The following sticker on the distance meter indicates the point on the distance meter where the
laser beam comes out. Pay attention to this point when using the distance meter. Make sure that
onlookers are aware of the danger of looking into the laser beam.
Do not remove or damage the stickers on the product.
Do not look into the laser beam. The laser beam can dazzle.
This is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children. Never point
the laser beam at people or animals.
Do not allow children to use the tool. Do not allow children to
remain unsupervised near the tool when it is switched on.
Do not place the tool where someone can look into the laser
beam, deliberately or unintentionally.
Do not aim the laser beam at reflective surfaces that can
reflect the beam towards the user.
Switch off the tool when it is not in use. Otherwise there is a risk that someone may look into the
laser beam by mistake.Do not make any modifications to the tool. This can result in harmful
exposure to laser radiation.
Do not attempt to repair or dismantle the tool – risk of serious personal injury. The tool must only
be repaired by an authorised service centre.
Do not use the tool in explosive environments, such as in the vicinity of flammable liquids, gases or
dust.
The use of accessories intended for other laser tools can result in personal injury.
Store batteries out of the reach of children.
