• The intensity of the smoky taste depends on the type of wood and the
smoking time. The longer cooking time makes the smoky taste
stronger during grilling than quick grilling. The smoky taste can also
be influenced by wrapping the food in aluminium foil for part of the
cooking time. When the meat has acquired a good colour, after 1/2
or 2/3 of the cooking time, it can be wrapped in aluminium foil until
it is ready.
Charcoal/Briquettes
• The grill is intended for charcoal or briquettes, which can have
different properties. Briquettes normally burn longer than charcoal,
but charcoal produces a higher temperature than briquettes.
MAINTENANCE
• Clean the grill when necessary. Wait until the embers have gone out
and the grill has cooled before cleaning the inside.
• Stains on the cover and front panel can be removed with a sponge
moistened with a mild detergent.
• Wipe clean the inside of the product with paper or a cloth.
• Clean the racks with hot water and carefully wipe dry. The coating is
sensitive. Do not expose the racks to knocks and blows.
• Do not use oven cleaning or other similar products.
