Contents Cause Action
The UPS battery is extremely low. Replace the battery.

Battery replacement must be
requested to specialized maintenance
staff. At the replacement, make sure
that the corresponding on-board
power supply circuit breaker must be
turned off. Otherwise, an unintended
accident may occur.
UPS is faulty. Request repairs to the distributor.
On the lock screen,
the J/R/C icons move
to the outside of the
screen, and thus
they cannot be
tapped. The J/R/C icons are not displayed
on the screen. Forcibly terminate the Lock Screen
app from the start menu.
The lock screen is
not displayed.
The lock screen is running in the
background of the NeCST app. Forcibly terminate the Lock Screen
app from the start menu.
User Permit is not
recognized.
Chart Converter of the data
processing unit is not functioning
normally. Restart the data processing unit.
The HASP dongle is not properly
recognized. Check Device Manager in the data
processing unit. Check that the items
in the frame are recognized correctly.
If there are items that are not
recognized, change Disable/Enable
and try recovery.
Cannot import Permit
File sharing in the data processing
unit is not working properly. Make a request to the distributor for
repair.
