Water flows
through the unit,
but it is not hot.
Ensure new batteries are installed in the correct polarity (+/-). Check the cap of
the battery case for instructions on how they should be installed.
Check for sufficient water flow and pressure. The unit must have a minimum of
45kPa of sustained water pressure and at least 4LPM to activate the burners.
Ensure that the Liquid Propane regulator is correctly threaded to the unit and
that there is an adequate amount of gas in the Propane bottle.
Verify that the incoming and outgoing water supply is connected correctly. The
shower hose should be attached to the ‘Water Outlet’ (located at the center)
and the incoming water should be connected to the ‘Water Inlet’ (located at the
far right).
