CHAP.07 - USAGE AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE USER

authorised Jolly-Mec Technical Assistance Centre

, through your retailer.

We wish to remind you that the

Extraordinary

Maintenance 

to be carried out on this type of heating

stove must be done 

obligatorily every year 

by qualified

maintenance personnel, in order to maintain its function-
ality, efficiency and comfort.

• Cleaning stove main body (to be verified according to the usage)
• Cleaning of flue once a year to be verified according to the usage (attention to horizontal lines)
• Cleaning of fans once a year (to be verified according to the usage)

WARNING!

To carry out these operations, the electrical current

must be turned off; you must wait until the heating stove is cold
and comply rigorously with the safety regulations in force.

Clean inside the fireplace with the provided tools

Remove the steel grid (see

Extract the pellet basket and clean it(see

Remove the hollow in sequence, starting with the upper part:

a) Push up the top hollow (see

), lift and pull in front and turning down  

inside (see

) for the release of his seat to leave the burning   

chamber.

b) Take the side hollow (either right to left) to top (see 

F

), lift and turn  

inward (see

) to free it from its slot and leaning it backwards

(see

), remove from the burning chamber.

Proceed similarly with the other hollow.

c) Take the front / central hollow at the top (see

) pull forward, lift (see

) and tilt backward to release the pellet pipe (see

remove from the burning chamber.

Clean with a brush the inner surfaces of the boiler (see

Remove the lid of the chamber of smoke (see

) and a vacuum spe-

cific (can) or palette and brushes clean the ashes and residues.

Reassemble carefully following the sequence.

* Recommended cleaning once a month

(but check the manual).
