Note: 1. Turn off printer and pull out the power cable before cleaning.
2. Being used under dust circumstance, the carriage shaft may stack much dust and affect
the print quality, therefore, please shorten the cleaning period.
3. Do not touch the print head if the printer has just been recently used as the print head may
be hot.
4. Don’t use hard cloth or flammable solvent to clean the printer.
5. Do not let any water or other liquid go into the printer.
5.2 Problems and Solutions
When using the printer you may meet some problems as follow, please try the following solutions to
settle them.

Printer is
electrified, but can
not run
1. Check whether the printer is in offline mode, if yes, switch the printer
into online mode.
2. Check whether the printer cable is connecting tightly.
3. Check whether the printer is set to offline in the driver.
4. Check whether the driver port is correct and matching.
Print head does
not move during
printing
After long time using, print head temperature is high and goes into
protective state. It will go on working after cooling off.
Printer has no
action and no
display
Whether the power supply is normally
1. Please check whether the power cable connects correctly.
2. Please try to replace the power cable and restart the printer.
Turn on the printer
normally, but can
not online printing
1. Please make sure the printer interface cable connects with the
computer correctly. Load paper and the online LED is on.
2. Please replace the interface cable and try online printing again.
