(d) Power off and then power on again, to check instrument accuracy.
If the accuracy is still beyond tolerance, please repeat the above
steps until the accuracy is within the specified tolerance.
Note:
After calibration, power off and then power on again, in
order for the calibration to take effect. After X-direction self-cali-
bration, Y-axis accuracy must be checked. After Y-direction self-
calibration, X axis accuracy must be checked, until all of the X and
Y axis accuracy is within the specified tolerance.
