SECTION 4 - POST START-UP DATA

17. The Supply Fan continues to operate as long as
the unit shows OCCUPIED STANDBY.
Starting the Unit in Heating Mode-Variable Air
Volume (VAV) / Flexsys
1. The unit must have 24vac to the SD terminal.
Turning the OFF/AUTO/ON rocker switch to ON
provide this signal.
2. The unit must have 24vac to OCC terminal, the
Occupied Command is being communicated, or
the internal timeclock enabled and set to go oc-
cupied at a specific time.
3. The supply fan should start after the unit goes Oc-
cupied after a slight delay.
4. Verify that the duct static is reading correctly ver-
sus the Setpoint under the SUPPLY FAN key.
5. The unit mode under the STATUS key OCCU-
PIED STANDBY.
6. The temperature of the return air compared to the
RETURN AIR HEATING SETPOINT under the
SETPOINTS key subsection HEATING.
7. If the return air temperature is less than the RE-
TURN AIR HEATING SETPOINT by .5 degrees
the unit mode switch to OCCUPIED HEATING.
8. The supply air temperature compared to the
HEATING SAT in the SETPOINTS key subsec-
tion HEATING.
9. If the supply air temperature is lower than the cur-
rent SAT HEATING SETPOINT, the controller
activate the heating section.
10. The heating section operate maintaining the SAT
HEATING SETPOINT.
11. When the return air temperature increases .5
degrees above the RETURN AIR HEATING
SETPOINT the unit switch to OCCUPIED
STANDBY.
12. The Supply Fan continues to operate as long as
the unit mode shows OCCUPIED STANDBY.
If UNOCCUPIED HEATING used you
must ENABLE NIGHT SET BACK in the
PROGRAM key subsection HEATING.
A zone temperature input is required or
the unit fault.
