(3) Select the indoor unit to change the louver
direction by pressing “ ”, “ ”, “ ” or “ ”.
Press “OK”.
(4) Press “ ” or “ ” and select the louver from
1 to 4. The selected louver is opened and
the other louvers are closed.
(5) Select the louver angle by pressing “ ” or
“ ” and press “OK”.
(6) The con fi rmation screen is displayed.
Select “Yes” by pressing “ ” or “ ” and
press “OK”. The setting is con
fi rmed and the
screen returns to normal mode.
(7) Ensure that “INDV” is turned on at the air
fl ow section on the normal mode.

The louver direction without “INDV” complies
with the setting of the normal mode.

The louver angle is changed as follows.
8.11 Individual Louver Setting
8.11.1 Setting
This setting is available only for indoor units that
allow an individual louver control. Each louver
angle can be set individually.
NOTES:
• This function is available only when the indoor
unit corresponds to an individual louver.
• This function cannot be set if the unit is stopped.
• The fan speed changes to “LOW” while this
function is being set. (After the setting is
completed, the unit operation is back to normal.)
• As for “Start-up of Heating Operation”, “During
Defrost Operation” and “Activation of Thermo-
Controller”, all the louver angles are secured
horizontally automatically when this function is
activated.
• This function is not available if two controllers
(including a combination of wired cont
wireless controller) are used.
(1) Select “Individual Louver Setting” from the
“Menu” and press “OK”.
The “Individual Louver Setting” menu is
displayed.
(2) Select “Individual Louver Setting” from the
“Individual Louver Setting” menu and press
“OK”.
