Assembly instructions
NOTICE:
The following assembly steps are only a general guide to assist in the assembly of your ebike and is not a complete or comprehensive manual of
all aspects of assembly, maintenance, and repair. We recommend you consult a certified, reputable bike mechanic to assist in the assembly,
repair, and maintenance of your ebike.
Step 1
Unpack the bike
Open the bike box and remove the small box inside. With the help of another person capable of safely lifting a heavy object, remove the ebike from the bike box.
Carefully remove the packaging material protecting the bike frame and components. Please recycle packaging materials, especially cardboard and foam,
whenever possible. Open the small box and carefully set out all contents.
The following should be included with the SAM JOBOBIK E:

Front wheel axle

Rear wheel (installed)
•
Charger
•
Manual
•
Keys
•
Rear fender (installed)
•
Headlight
•
Front fender
•
Pedals
If there are any missing parts, please contact us.
Step 2
Install handlebar onto stem
as shown in the assembly video for the Sam JOBOBKE located on the web page jobobike.pl/instructions/.
1.
Rotate the handlebar stem upward
so it is upright, and the hinge is closed.Use caution to keep fingers, clothes, or anything else away from the hinge.
2.
Secure the stem clasp release lever.
Fold the stem clasp release lever up and press towards the stem until the release lever clicks into place.
3.
Get help from a bike-fitting professional.
Consult a certified, reputable, and local bike-fitting specialist for assistance with properly fitting the bike to a rider for
safety, optimal fit, and bike ergonomics.
